Cancellation Policy
Haus of Lafayette Cancellation & Late Policy
To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our cancellation and late policy before booking:
• Deposit Requirement: A $15 non-refundable deposit is required when booking. This secures your appointment and will be applied toward your total service balance.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will automatically be added to your total. (Non-negotiable.)
• Cancellations (within 24 hours): If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service total.
• No Call/No Shows: Failure to show up without notice will result in a 100% charge of your service total. (Non-negotiable.)
• Payment Policy: If your payment method is removed or declined for any fees owed, you will be banned from booking until the balance is paid in full.
• Rescheduling & Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. You can do so via phone or our booking site.
