A $15 non-refundable deposit will be charged when booking your service. This fee will hold your appointment slot and go towards your total service balance. ⚠️ If you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment, you will be charged a $15 fee and it will be automatically added. (Non-negotiable) > For appointments cancelled within the 24hr window, you will be charged 50% of your service balance. >For No Call No Shows, you will be charged 100% of your service. (These are non-negotiable.) ⚠️ If the payment method is removed or declined, you will be banned from booking at Haus of Lafayette until the fee is paid. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel 24 hrs prior to your appointment , or you will be charged 100% of your service booked. To cancel or reschedule, you can do so by phone or on our booking site. No refunds.
